Job Description
About the Role
Reporting to the Stadium Coordinator, your role as Centre Care Manager will see you right at the heart of the action. Your responsibilities will include (but aren’t limited to):
Ensuring the stadium and all areas remain safe, clean, and welcoming
Leading with great communication, motivation, and team spirit
Supporting, mentoring, and assisting Stadium employees
Delivering exceptional customer service with a friendly, approachable attitude
Running reception operations including bookings, POS transactions, phone enquiries, and admin
Opening and closing the centre securely and efficiently
Ensuring patrons use facilities and equipment appropriately
Responding to and managing first aid and other incidents, including reporting
Acting as Chief Warden and leading emergency procedures when required
Managing patron feedback and resolving concerns quickly and professionally
Desired Skills and Experience
What We’re Looking For
You’ll thrive in this role if you bring:
Experience in cash handling and POS systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with leadership qualities
Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle priorities
A genuine commitment to customer-focused service
Flexibility to work evenings, early mornings, weekends, and public holidays
First Aid & CPR certification
A Working with Children Check and National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
