Who should apply – We are seeking candidates who have either already obtained their Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety Licence or are willing to pursue the Swim Teacher Qualification.

Job Description:
Reporting to the WynSwim Coordinators, the Swim School Teacher's responsibility is to deliver and teach high quality swimming education to individuals and school groups.
Create a safe and supportive environment to encourage learning and skill development
Use innovating teaching methods to make swimming lessons exciting and enjoyable
Provide constructive feedback and encouragement
Desired Skills and Experience

Energetic, outgoing, and fun
A flair for working with people
Excellent customer service
A passion for swimming and making everyone safe around the water
Qualifications:
Teacher Swimming and Water Safety Licence or Proof they are enrolled to a Swim Teacher Course
Current CPR Certificate
Fit 2 Work (Police Check)
Working with Children's Check (employee)
