Job Description

Your Mission

As our Stadium Coordinator, you'll be the master of operations, events, administration, rostering, and facility bookings

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing a range of exciting events and facility hires
  • Driving new initiatives to boost facility utilisation
  • Leading and inspiring a team, including the Stadium Support Officer and our stellar Centre Care Managers and Stadium Officers
  • Ensuring staff are motivated, professional, and safe

What You'll Do

  • Keep our stadium running like a well-oiled machine
  • Assist with business planning and financial reporting
  • Train, supervise and motivate all staff in the business unit. Recommend and encourage appropriate training and development for staff, including the development of staff training plans
  • Ensure that stadium operations are staffed appropriately and that gaps in the roster are identified and rectified
  • Foster and lead a commitment to personal service excellence
  • To show clear and concise leadership and to lead by example
  • Be on call for critical operational matters—because you thrive in the spotlight!

Desired Skills and Experience

Required Qualifications

  • Current Provide First Aid Certificate
  • Current CPR Certificate
  • Clearance from a Working with Children Check - Employee (or willingness to obtain)
  • Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
